You have 48 hours from the date of placing your order to request a refund.
Non-Refundable: Once your order has been processed, packaged, or prepared for shipping, refunds are not available.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

Return Window: You have 2 days from the date of receiving your package to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages or Incorrect Items: Returns are accepted for damaged items or if the wrong item was received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any damage or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We conduct thorough inspections before shipping to ensure product quality. We will then issue an exchange for that item.
Exchanges
For items ordered in the wrong size, the only way to ensure you get the correct size is to return the original item and place a new order.
Once the return is accepted, the following charges will apply per item for logistics expenses:

These returns are at the customer's expense.
To avoid further logistics costs, jerseys may be kept and passed on to a friend if preferred.
Disputes Policy
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to our Terms of Service and product descriptions available on our website. Our products include stadium replica kits and AA/AAA grade boots, which are high-grade replicas as reflected in the pricing. We act solely as a reseller and not the producer of these items. We cannot guarantee that the products will meet expectations beyond the specifications outlined in the product descriptions.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed for 90% of the purchase amount, excluding delivery fees, meaning 10% of the purchase amount will be forfeited to cover transactional costs incurred.
Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for us to finalize the refund, and an additional 3 business days for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.
